Senate Bill 434 would require anyone convicted of a DWI to have an ignition interlock device installed in their vehicle. This would apply regardless of the level of DWI convicted of. This law would also apply to anyone who refuses to take a breathalyzer test or anyone who consumes alcohol under the age or 21.
